Last Day in Toronto

This was the last day in Toronto so we had to go somewhere special. All the places that I dreamed of going, I've all been to now. There was practically nowhere to go except for the Toronto Zoo. I was excited to see some exotic animals and get some good pictures.

We first went to the African Rainforest region. I saw lots of animals I never seen before. One animal that stood out to me was one called the electric catfish. It's a bulky fish with a thick head and a pair of swollen lips. It's a fairly large fish so it could weigh up to 25 kg. They're part of the osteichthyes class.

Next, we went to the America region. An animal that stood out to me there was an amphibian called blue poison dart frog. This beautiful frog was blue all over. A female blue poison dart frog would be 4.5 cm in length while a male one is only 4 cm. One of these frogs would weigh about four grams. A pattern of dark blue or black spots would be located on surfaces on the head and on the back.

We went through a few more regions and tried the enjoy the last day as much as we could. We had fun looking at the animals and learning some interesting facts about them. The whole trip in Toronto was amazing but it has to come to an end. Goodbye Toronto... for now.
