The second day was all about the trip to the CN Tower! Me, my mom, and my sister left extremely early so we could avoid the rush hour and be there on time. When I first saw how tall it was I almost fainted from amazement. It was a dazzling 553.3 metres! We went inside and took the elevator all the way up. We first had lunch in a place called "The 360 Degrees Restaurant". The restaurant was on a platform that would move 360 degrees. The food was delicious and the staff were friendly. It was the perfect eating destination for anyone. After lunch we headed for the glass floors where you could look all the way below. A lot of kids were having fun lying right in the middle of the glass floors and it would seem as if they were floating in mid-air. We went to the lookout point and saw the whole city of Toronto. It stretched all the way out never ending with thousands of people everywhere. We fled to the souvenir shop. We bought some clothes and CN Tower cups for gifts to my grandparents when we get back to Vancouver. It was getting late in the afternoon so we went back to the lookout point and saw the sunset. Just seeing the sunset made the whole trip here worth it. The sky was getting darker and darker so we had to say farewell. We took the elevator all the way back down and took one last picture of the CN Tower. We were all shocked that the day ended so quickly.
